It has a small garden with barbecue hut, a veranda, fireplace, large kitchen, off-street parking, and for winter: central heating. It is 15 min walk from the sea front/beach and the promenade of Sao Martinho do Porto. Recommended travel is by flight to Lisbon and from there by rental car (pretty exactly 1h door-to-door from the airport) or train (Sao Martinho has a station).
